Driven by early success and demand, in 2021 our team expanded to create Monforte Consulting: a service company that provides expertise to large and small development firms in residential, commercial and hospitality sectors. Theater District, New York
63-story mixed use glass tower featuring luxury rentals and condominium residences, 44K SF of amenities, fitness club and full size indoor basketball and volleyball courts. The project includes a Frank Gehry design Theater "Signature Theater" and a "Yotel" branded Hotel.

Our Team
Manuela E. Stötter
Senior manager, engineer, and development strategist with over 19 years’ experience in Real Estate Development, Design, Project Management and Construction of large scale, Residential, Hospitality and Commercial projects.
In her most recent role, Manuela was part of RXR Realty, the developer in charge of a large-scale Class A office and Hotel building “175 Park Avenue” in New York City. Previously, Manuela spent 12 years working for the Related Companies where she oversaw the planning and design functions of the company high-end luxury residential and mixed-use projects including the expansion of Hudson Yard Phase 2.
An engineer by training with a Master Degree in Structural, Wind and Stochastic Engineering, Manuela brings technical knowledge, strategic planning, professional relationships, and leadership of initiatives and operating procedures.
